A word from Rev. Andy Armstrong:

We call the Youth Ministry here at Yellow River Baptist, "Teens In Action".

This is a program we use to help our teens stay faithful in their walk for Christ. Our program is built around ITimothy 4:12 "Let no man despise thy youth; but be thou an example of the believers, in word, in conversation, in charity, in sprit, in faith, in purity."

We strive to teach our teens to serve God now in their youth.

Sunday School - 10:00 am

We have classes for Middle School and High School teens. We start each class with prayer time, praying for personal and family needs. We then move into a Bible based lesson that hits the issues teens face in their daily lives.

Wednesday Night - 6:45 to 8:15 Teen Ministry

We have some great activities that provide our teens an opportunity to build friendships within our youth group, and also reach out to their lost friends. some of our activities include: Bowling, Scavenger Hunts, Ice Skating, Ski Trips, Mission Trips, Summer Camp, White Water Rafting, Six Flags over Ga, Lock-Ins, Lock-Outs, Basketball and Softball Leagues.
